Graphic samples and pre-print
In Cortepack, the design office and the pre-print office collaborate. The last one deals with the graphic plan chosen from the customer on the packaging's and display's structure. They build samples in scale 1:1 or 1:2 to verify the graphic lay-out and to have an evaluation of the customer before beginning the mass production. This office realizes final graphic proofs with the characteristics of our printing machines, in order to have the highest reliability of graphic proofs. Cortepack has decided to make inside the firm the preparation of printing plates: once that the customer has approved the prototypes and the contractual graphic proofs, Cortepack realizes internally the plates for the offset print and the cliché for flexographic print; this method guarantees a shortening of the order's lead time and it allows to check better the product's quality.
